Shipping Policy

How to Place an Order

  1. Visit the product detail page to review available colors, sizes, and prices.
  2. Select your desired color and size, then click Add to Cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout by clicking Proceed to Checkout or continue shopping to add more items.
  4. At checkout, provide your contact and shipping information, then proceed to the shipping options.
  5. Choose your preferred shipping method, apply any discount codes or gift cards, and proceed to payment.
  6. Select a payment method—Debit/Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), or Cash on Delivery (COD)—and confirm your billing address.
  7. Review your order details and click Place Your Order to finalize the purchase.
  8. You will receive an order confirmation email.

How to Determine the Delivery Date

The estimated delivery time starts once the order is fulfilled. You will receive an update email at that time. Delivery durations vary by location:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, Black Friday), delivery times may be delayed. Ensure a clear address and availability during the estimated delivery period.

NOTE:

Kindly note that items with the express delivery label will be delivered within 2–4 working days. Otherwise, if the order contains items from a non-express collection, it will follow the standard delivery time of 5–7 working days.


Shipping Policy

  • Opening the shipment before receiving it is not allowed.
  • All orders are subject to availability. Orders may be declined or canceled for various reasons, with email notification provided.
  • Prices are accurate at the time of listing but may change. Confirmed orders are unaffected by later price changes.
  • Product descriptions aim for accuracy but are not guaranteed to be error-free. Dissatisfied customers may refer to the Return Policy.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Common Shipping Inquiries

  • Package Inspection: Packages cannot be opened or returned to the courier immediately. Follow the Return Policy for any issues.
  • Order Delivery Delays: Orders cannot be postponed. If unavailable to receive, orders can be canceled and re-ordered later.
  • Order Modifications: Orders cannot be edited post-placement. Cancel and reorder if changes are required.
