Online Return & Exchange Policy
- Opening the shipment before receiving it is not allowed.
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For items with manufacturing defects, the return/exchange period is extended to 30 days.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- All return or exchange requests must be submitted before sending the items back.
- Exchange from stores is available for size only.
Return/Exchange Process

Request Confirmation:
Once you submit a return or exchange request, it will be reviewed and confirmed within 2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email. -
Item Collection:
After confirmation, our shipping partner will contact you within 3–5 working days to arrange item pickup. -
Quality Check:
Once we receive your item, our Quality Control team will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions.
This step typically takes 2 working days. -
Refund or Exchange:
If your item passes the quality check, we’ll proceed with your refund or dispatch your exchanged item. This takes 3–5 working days after QC approval. -
Total Processing Time:
The entire return process takes up to 15 working days from your initial request.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after your returned item passes quality inspection.
- Cash refunds are processed within 3–5 working days from the date you are notified of QC approval.
- If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used at checkout.
Please note: card refunds may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Note: A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns or exchanges processed through the website.
However, no deduction applies if the return or exchange is made through one of our physical stores.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery via email.
- Reports made after this period will not be accepted.
